Welkom bij de Du Parc App van Du Parc Luxury Cars & Art. Deze privacyverklaring beschrijft hoe wij omgaan met persoonsgegevens binnen de Du Parc App.

2. Verantwoordelijkheid

MVB Approach is verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van persoonsgegevens in deze app.

3. Verzamelde gegevens

De Du Parc App verzamelt uitsluitend gegevens die noodzakelijk zijn voor de werking van de app:

  • Apparaat-identificatie (functioneel): device token (pushnotificaties), device ID (identifierForVendor), apparaatmodel (voor support).
  • Alertinstellingen (automatches): merk, model, prijs, brandstof, transmissie, bouwjaar; voorkeuren gekoppeld aan het device token.
  • Lokaal opgeslagen (niet gedeeld): favorieten, app-instellingen (weergave/layout), cache van foto’s en data voor snellere weergave.

4. Gebruik van gegevens

  • Pushnotificaties: meldingen over automatches en relevante berichten.
  • Automatchfunctionaliteit: notificaties wanneer auto’s voldoen aan uw ingestelde criteria.
  • Appfunctionaliteit & support: verbeteren van de gebruikerservaring en technische probleemoplossing.

5. Delen van gegevens

Wij delen uw gegevens niet met derden voor marketingdoeleinden. Alleen strikt noodzakelijke technische informatie wordt verwerkt ten behoeve van pushnotificaties, matching en technisch beheer. Er vindt geen verkoop van persoonsgegevens plaats.

6. Gegevensopslag en beveiliging

  • Lokaal: favorieten en instellingen blijven op uw apparaat.
  • Server: minimale technische data wordt beveiligd opgeslagen op moosinams.nl.
  • Bewaartermijn: alleen zolang nodig voor functionaliteit en om aan wettelijke verplichtingen te voldoen.
  • Beveiliging: passende technische en organisatorische maatregelen ter voorkoming van ongeoorloofde toegang of misbruik.

7. Uw rechten

U heeft het recht op:

  • Inzage in uw persoonsgegevens;
  • Correctie of verwijdering van uw gegevens;
  • Beperking of bezwaar tegen verwerking;
  • Overdraagbaarheid van uw gegevens;
  • Het intrekken van gegeven toestemming (voor zover van toepassing).

MVB Approach is responsible for the processing of personal data in this app.

The Du Parc App collects only data that is necessary for the app’s functionality:

  • Device identification (functional): device token (push notifications), device ID (identifierForVendor), device model (for support).
  • Alert settings (auto matches): brand, model, price, fuel type, transmission, year of manufacture; preferences linked to the device token.
  • Locally stored (not shared): favorites, app settings (display/layout), cache of photos and data for faster display.

4. Use of Data

  • Push notifications: notifications about auto matches and relevant messages.
  • Auto match functionality: notifications when cars meet your set criteria.
  • App functionality & support: improving user experience and technical problem solving.

5. Data Sharing

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Only strictly necessary technical information is processed for push notifications, matching and technical management. No sale of personal data takes place.

6. Data Storage and Security

  • Local: favorites and settings remain on your device.
  • Server: minimal technical data is securely stored on moosinams.nl.
  • Retention period: only as long as necessary for functionality and to comply with legal obligations.
  • Security: appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access to your personal data;
  • Correction or deletion of your data;
  • Restriction or objection to processing;
  • Portability of your data;
  • Withdrawal of given consent (where applicable).
